体系。构建集术前病灶精准定位分析导航及智能路径规划、微创术中手术XR辅助实时三维导航定位模块、术后图文手术记录生成模块于一体的手术导航平台及配套人才培养体系。以数字化、信息化、智能化赋能外科诊疗发展,有效提高手术患者的远期生存率与生活质量,促进创新链和产业链融合。本项目以可持续获取的术中医疗数据资产作为驱动,进一步优化云端分布式大规模预训练多任务AI模型,扩展术中影像数据应用,解决更多临床场景下数据分析与应用难题。
*2.2工作预期
目前本项目部署了微创临床术中影像记录与分析系统,分别针对微创临床术中影像记录、微创临床术中影像识别辅助、微创术后图文病例生成,为术中数据获取与分析提供有力保障。目前拥有“云链微创术中影像记录模块”、“云链术后图文报告生成模块”、“云链术中影像数据分析模块”三大核心服务。具体通过“云链影像记录传输仪”、“云链院内PACS兼容部署方案”、“云链医疗影像云训练系统”、“云链院内边缘AI加速节点部署方案”四大核心方案进行实现,以构建术中医疗数据资产获取、挖掘、应用的全流程服务,旨在以术中数据驱动减轻医生术中负担、提升医患信任度、加速临床医生培养。截至目前,项目已申报8项专利,完成样机制作,已通过软硬件测试及临床伦理审批,立足西北,在国家医学中心西安交通大学第一附属医院等多个三级医院试点应用,并计划进一步推动科技成果转化,目前多家公司已有投资意向。今年,项目将继续迭代升级术中记录与分析系统、分布式云端数据大数据训练中心,构建医院内AI边缘加速平台,更精确、更快速、更高效地解决术中影像分析需求,减轻外科医生工作强度。团队种子轮拟融资500万元,与西安交大一附院、空军军医大学西京医院、南科大医院为代表的三甲医院进行合作,迭代产品,将术中影像记录与分析业务拓展至全国市场。公司初期预计服务6家三甲医院130个手术室,合同金额总计700余万元,维护升级服务费每年200~250万元,持续获取优质术中影像数据资产,形成持续资金保障,加快项目进一步迭代。
*2.3风险评估情况
本项目所在的细分领域——临床医疗影像储传系统和支持决策系统作为临床数字化市场的核心,市场占有量分别为29%和19%。经测算,预计到2024年,团队项目的细分领域,临床医疗数字化记录与分析市场总规模将达到116.3亿元,且未来一段时间将持续增长态势。预计未来一年项目总资产将达到542.75万元,项目所有者权益将达到150万元。目前,随着市场发展,我国微创手术术中记录系统也由原来的单一配套生产供应,发展为综合的集生产、服务于一体的多方位服务性产品,产品质量、服务质量得到显着提升。我国医疗器械行业总体处于成长期,具有很大发展空间,产品市场总体呈现出供小于求的状态。虽然,我国出台了相关政策规范了医疗器械行业的发展,促使很多竞争企业因为环境问题都无法继续生产,但是,由于行业市场潜力大,行业竞争风险依然较大,特别是地方中小企业的低价策略对行业的冲击较大。对我们而言,主要存在三大市场风险:
